Workplace Experience Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the daily operations and overall employee experience of the San Francisco office
• Manage relationships with building management, engineers, janitorial staff, and office vendors
• Oversee office maintenance, repairs, and workplace improvement projects
• Lead employee engagement initiatives and plan office celebrations, seasonal events, and team-building activities
• Partner with People Operations to support onboarding logistics and workspace setup for new hires
• Plan and coordinate team onsites, including venue coordination, catering, and transportation

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in office management, workplace operations, or facilities coordination
• Proven ability to manage vendor and building management relationships
• Experience planning and executing workplace events and company gatherings
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple concurrent workstreams
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, and basic AV/meeting room technology troubleshooting
• Clear, professional communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting a People or HR team
• Familiarity with coordinating distributed or hybrid workforces
• Prior experience managing budgets for office supplies, catering, or event spend
• Exposure to badge/access management systems or workplace platforms like Envoy or Robin
