Responsibilities

• Act as the face of hospitality and the first point of contact for employees and guests
• Provide concierge services including guest registration, onboarding, and mail management
• Manage facility operations and oversee key vendors such as maintenance and supplies
• Proactively manage inventory, ordering, and stocking of office and cafe supplies within budget
• Execute daily Food & Beverage programs, including grocery ordering and snack/drink management
• Plan and execute weekly happy hours and large-scale monthly team events
• Coordinate monthly employee engagement activations like volunteering and activity stations

Requirements

• 4+ years of operations, hospitality, or experience management in a premium environment
• Demonstrated history of vendor management, inventory control, and budget oversight
• Exceptional professional demeanor and polished communication skills
• Ability to handle hands-on food service and presentation
• Proven ability to plan and execute large and small-scale events
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and scheduling platforms
• Proactive problem-solver capable of working independently
