Workplace Experience Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage daily London office operations to ensure a safe, clean, and functional environment
• Serve as the primary liaison for building management, facilities, and maintenance
• Oversee workplace vendors (catering, janitorial, AV, etc.) and hold them to high service standards
• Manage the London workplace budget, tracking actuals vs. plan and managing POs
• Plan and execute quarterly signature events, customer visits, and annual celebrations
• Provide executive assistant support to the Regional GM for EMEA, including complex calendar management and travel coordination
• Coordinate team onsites, prepare meeting agendas, and manage expenses

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Workplace, Facilities, Office Operations, or Hospitality
• Proven experience managing vendors and owning a budget with full accountability
• Experience in an Executive Assistant or Chief of Staff-adjacent role, managing senior leader priorities
• Strong project management skills with experience in end-to-end event execution
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, and Notion
• Ability to work onsite in the London office 5 days per week
