Workplace Experience Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Oakland headquarters to ensure a high-quality, inclusive, and productive environment.
• Partner with Facilities and Food & Beverage teams to deliver seamless workspace layouts and engaging culinary programs.
• Lead the planning and execution of org-wide workplace events, such as annual picnics, holiday parties, and ERG programming.
• Manage the Oakland office workplace budget, tracking expenses and identifying opportunities for cost savings.
• Serve as the voice of the employee by using qualitative and quantitative feedback to evolve the Workplace Experience strategy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in workplace operations, facilities management, or corporate hospitality.
• Proven experience managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts.
• Strong track record of event planning and executing inclusive community-building initiatives.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all organizational levels.
• Detail-oriented approach to budget management and operational workflows.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to work onsite in the Oakland, CA headquarters Monday through Friday.
