Workplace Experience Lead

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day office operations and client initiatives for a specific building or set of buildings
• Provide operational oversight of the Workplace Experience Program and coordinate with service line leads
• Act as the primary escalation point for employee questions, concerns, and complaints
• Oversee space readiness and quality of service, ensuring high-traffic areas are well-maintained
• Provide high-touch support to key stakeholders and VIPs, including wayfinding and tool assistance
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative employee data to identify service trends and improve the workplace program
• Proactively identify maintenance needs and submit work orders to ensure a seamless environment

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of related experience in real estate services, hospitality, retail, or customer service
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and comfort learning proprietary technology tools
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with executive-level clients
• Exceptional organizational skills and a proactive, "can-do" mentality
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a professional and calm demeanor
• Physical ability to travel between buildings and lift/move items weighing 20–50 pounds
