Workplace Experience & Facilities Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily office operations to ensure a clean, safe, and efficient workplace
• Conduct routine checks of office areas, meeting rooms, and amenities
• Manage non-IT consumables including pantry, stationery, and utilities
• Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors such as catering and housekeeping
• Validate invoices and coordinate payments with Finance
• Coordinate with IT to support employee onboarding and workstation setup
• Plan and execute local employee experience initiatives and social events
• Manage end-to-end event logistics including vendor coordination and space setup
• Support emergency preparedness activities including fire drills and safety audits

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Event Management, HR, or Business Administration
• 4–5 years of experience in workplace experience, facilities, or event management
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working with vendors and managing operational budgets
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Smartsheets or similar tools
• Ability to design basic communication materials like flyers or presentations
