About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations across two floors, ensuring all workspaces and meeting rooms are fully functional
- Handle office supplies procurement, equipment management, and administrative tasks such as mail processing
- Act as the primary point of contact for employees and subtenants to foster a welcoming community
- Support structured on-boarding and off-boarding processes for team members on-site
- Coordinate with external service providers, including cleaning services, facility management, and technical maintenance
- Execute internal team events from end-to-end, including team lunches, summer parties, after-work gatherings, and All-Hands meetings
- Manage event logistics, including location sourcing, catering coordination, and on-site support
Requirements
- Fluent German and very good English (written and spoken)
- Vocational training in events, hospitality, or gastronomy
- 1–2 years of professional experience in event, office, or community management
- Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail
- A proactive, hands-on mentality and a solution-oriented approach to problem-solving
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
