About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations across two floors, ensuring all workspaces and meeting rooms are fully functional
  • Handle office supplies procurement, equipment management, and administrative tasks such as mail processing
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employees and subtenants to foster a welcoming community
  • Support structured on-boarding and off-boarding processes for team members on-site
  • Coordinate with external service providers, including cleaning services, facility management, and technical maintenance
  • Execute internal team events from end-to-end, including team lunches, summer parties, after-work gatherings, and All-Hands meetings
  • Manage event logistics, including location sourcing, catering coordination, and on-site support

Requirements

  • Fluent German and very good English (written and spoken)
  • Vocational training in events, hospitality, or gastronomy
  • 1–2 years of professional experience in event, office, or community management
  • Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail
  • A proactive, hands-on mentality and a solution-oriented approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
