Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the London team and all new joiners
• Manage daily logistics including post, communal areas, meeting room readiness, and supplies
• Coordinate with vendors such as cleaners, catering, and maintenance to maintain a world-class environment
• Drive office culture through snack and coffee selections, team lunches, and social rituals
• Support the execution of on-site events, including AI hackathons and evening meetups
• Provide a professional welcome experience for all external guests and partners

Requirements

• Based in London and available to be in the office 5 days a week
• Strong operational expertise in managing the day-to-day running of a high-visibility office
• Experience coordinating with building management and external vendors
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with senior executives, legal partners, and guests
• Proven ability to anticipate needs and implement new processes in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in event planning and fostering a positive office culture
