About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the SF office, ensuring a clean, safe, and productive workspace
- Manage facility ticket requests, maintenance, and vendor support
- Supervise office access and badge provisioning
- Track and order office supplies, kitchen, and bathroom stock
- Maintain in-office food and beverage experience and support catering
- Execute monthly office events and celebrations
- Manage SF office communications including flyers, calendar invites, and TV displays
- Run new hire onboarding logistics and workstation setup
- Serve as a professional presence at reception for employees and visitors
- Manage incoming mail and general front-desk inquiries
- Partner with IT and People & Culture on workplace initiatives
Requirements
- 3+ years in workplace experience, office management, or facilities coordination
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work on-site in San Francisco Monday–Thursday
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Warm, service-oriented demeanor
