Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations and facility readiness to ensure a clean, stocked, and functional workspace
- Act as the primary liaison for external vendors and service providers
- Manage guest and candidate experiences as the first point of contact
- Handle administrative reporting, expense processing, and budget tracking
- Proactively identify and resolve building or maintenance issues
Requirements
- Ownership mentality with a focus on outcomes and follow-through
- High agency and resourcefulness in solving problems independently
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, and Notion
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
