Workplace Experience Ambassador

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors to ensure a professional first impression
• Manage conference room calendars and scheduling
• Oversee meeting and event coordination including setup and catering
• Manage the reception desk, phone calls, and visitor check-in procedures
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
• Oversee maintenance and cleanliness of common areas and shared workspaces
• Manage office supplies, kitchen stock, and workplace amenities
• Liaise with vendors and building management for office operations
• Conduct quality control walkthroughs to identify areas for improvement
• Support administrative and facilities tasks including executive errands

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality, reception, or office services
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
• Ability to remain stationary or move throughout the office for extended periods
