About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day workplace operations, including service requests, maintenance, and office functionality
- Monitor and respond to facilities issues through internal systems to ensure timely resolution
- Conduct regular site walk-throughs to maintain workplace standards, safety, and cleanliness
- Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and building management for maintenance and services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, property management, and service providers
- Act as the primary point of contact for employees regarding workplace-related needs and updates
- Support and coordinate workplace events, activities, and initiatives
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards and local regulations
- Support mail handling, logistics, and general office services as needed
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in workplace, facilities, or office operations
- Strong coordination and vendor management skills
- Customer-focused mindset with strong communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of workplace systems, safety practices, and office technology
