As part of the Everience group, HELPLINE provides user support, application support, proximity support, IT asset management, and GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) for over 200 clients worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Handle incidents and provide N2/N3 support
• Maintain operational status of repositories
• Participate in the validation and development of deployment schedules
• Perform remote distribution on workstations and internal tools
• Ensure monitoring and reporting of deployments to clients and managers
• Contribute to service quality improvement within the team
• Write procedures and user manuals

Requirements

• 3 years of confirmed experience in a similar role
• Ability to make technical decisions
• Strong oral communication skills for meetings and training
• Proficiency with Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, M365, Teams, SharePoint, AD, Power Platform, Viva)
• Experience with SCCM, MECM, and Intune in large-scale environments
• Knowledge of managing workstations, servers, tablets, and smartphones (Windows, Android, Apple)
