About the role
Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean, organized, and functional workplace environment
- Order, stock, and organize office and kitchen supplies
- Monitor workplace conditions and identify maintenance needs
- Support internal teams with event and meeting setup and breakdown
- Maintain assigned company vehicles, ensuring they are clean and fueled
- Assist with seasonal tasks like clearing snow and ice from entrances
- Communicate clearly with employees, vendors, and visitors
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in workplace operations, hospitality, or office administration
- Availability to work approximately 10 hours per week across 2–3 weekdays
- Valid driver's license and ability to operate company vehicles (including pickup trucks)
- Ability to lift and transport items up to 40 pounds
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Permanent US work authorization
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in the outdoor industry
- Possession of a Montana Notary Public certification
- Flexibility in scheduling for early mornings or special needs
