Workplace Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized, and functional workplace environment
• Order, stock, and organize office and kitchen supplies, snacks, and beverages
• Monitor workplace conditions and flag maintenance needs
• Support internal teams with event and meeting setup and breakdown
• Assist with furniture setup and basic workplace organization
• Maintain assigned company vehicles, ensuring they are clean and fueled
• Communicate clearly with employees, vendors, and office visitors

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in workplace operations, hospitality, customer service, or office administration
• Availability to work approximately 10 hours per week across 2–3 weekdays
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate company vehicles, including large pickup trucks
• Ability to lift and transport items up to 40 pounds
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and climb ladders for extended periods
• Permanent US work authorization

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in the outdoor industry
• Flexibility in scheduling for early mornings or special needs
• Montana Notary Public certification
