About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations, facilities management, and onsite vendor relationships
- Maintain a welcoming, safe, and secure working environment including reception and conference rooms
- Manage visitor access control, security badges, and guest check-in processes
- Monitor and maintain inventory for office, kitchen, and catering supplies
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Resolve office issues via the local ticketing platform and route inquiries to appropriate departments
- Coordinate workplace scheduling, conference room calendars, and meeting conflicts
- Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Finance, and People teams for onboarding and technical support
- Coordinate workplace events, office lunch programs, and culture initiatives
Requirements
- 2+ years in workplace experience, facilities, or office operations
- Experience managing vendors, budgets, and simultaneous projects
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and project management tools
- Experience executing culture initiatives in a startup or high-growth environment
- Demonstrated success with return-to-office engagement or office-first transitions
- Ability to report on workplace engagement and usage trends
- Experience leveraging AI tools to transform workflows
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
