Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day office operations to ensure the space is clean, stocked, and safe
- Greet visitors, employees, and candidates with professionalism and manage building access
- Handle packages, deliveries, and employee requests
- Manage office hospitality including lunch ordering, catering, and kitchen operations
- Support vendor relationships and track office spend in partnership with Finance
- Coordinate in-office onboarding and desk setups for new hires
- Support the planning and execution of team events, lunches, and company gatherings
- Submit and track facilities tickets and coordinate maintenance with vendors
- Partner with IT on equipment coordination and loaner devices
- Provide cover for the Workplace Manager during absences
Requirements
- 2+ years in workplace coordination, office operations, reception, or hospitality
- Experience in a startup or high-growth company preferred
- Relentlessly detail-oriented with high agency
- Strong communication skills (in-person, Slack, and email)
- Ability to organize under pressure and manage competing priorities
- Proficient in Google Workspace, Slack, and calendar tools
- Reliable in-person presence five days a week
- Ability to lift and move packages up to 30 lbs
