About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, visitors, and guests
- Manage visitor sign-ins, badge access, and reception area organization
- Oversee office supplies inventory, parking validation, and budget tracking
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Support office events through setup, vendor coordination, and catering logistics
- Assist with space reconfiguration for meetings and company celebrations
- Conduct routine security inspections and assist with emergency procedures
- Resolve workplace requests via Slack, email, or ticketing systems
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in front desk, office coordination, facilities, or hospitality
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, and office management tools
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs and rearrange furniture
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a tech or startup environment
- Experience with access control systems like Brivo, Lenel, or Kastle
