About the role

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, visitors, and guests
  • Manage visitor sign-ins, badge access, and reception area organization
  • Oversee office supplies inventory, parking validation, and budget tracking
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Support office events through setup, vendor coordination, and catering logistics
  • Assist with space reconfiguration for meetings and company celebrations
  • Conduct routine security inspections and assist with emergency procedures
  • Resolve workplace requests via Slack, email, or ticketing systems

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in front desk, office coordination, facilities, or hospitality
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, and office management tools
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs and rearrange furniture

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a tech or startup environment
  • Experience with access control systems like Brivo, Lenel, or Kastle
