About the role

Responsibilities

  • Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked office spaces, conference rooms, and shared areas
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees, visitors, and deliveries
  • Assist with event and meeting logistics, including room setup and catering coordination
  • Support new hire setup and day-one readiness, including workspace preparation
  • Track and manage office supplies, snacks, and inventory
  • Assist with employee engagement initiatives and workplace programs
  • Coordinate with vendors and manage incoming deliveries

Requirements

  • 1–2+ years of experience in office coordination, administrative support, or hospitality
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to an organized environment
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Customer service mindset with a friendly and approachable demeanor
  • Ability to work onsite in Brighton, CO, Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a fast-paced or growing organization
  • Event or hospitality experience
  • Familiarity with office tools or workplace systems
