About the role
Responsibilities
- Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked office spaces, conference rooms, and shared areas
- Serve as a point of contact for employees, visitors, and deliveries
- Assist with event and meeting logistics, including room setup and catering coordination
- Support new hire setup and day-one readiness, including workspace preparation
- Track and manage office supplies, snacks, and inventory
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives and workplace programs
- Coordinate with vendors and manage incoming deliveries
Requirements
- 1–2+ years of experience in office coordination, administrative support, or hospitality
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to an organized environment
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Customer service mindset with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to work onsite in Brighton, CO, Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a fast-paced or growing organization
- Event or hospitality experience
- Familiarity with office tools or workplace systems
