Workplace Associate

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day office operations including access card management, procurement, facilities management, and shipping/receiving
• Act as a primary point of contact for employees and guests to ensure a positive and productive workplace experience
• Perform regular building walk-throughs to ensure common areas and conference rooms are neat, clean, and safe
• Coordinate weekly lunch and pantry programs and assist with catering for large team meetings
• Manage guest and employee building access in coordination with building management
• Assist with internal desk moves, seating changes, and new hire onboarding processes
• Partner with internal stakeholders to organize and plan office culture activities, morale events, and holiday parties
• Respond to maintenance issues and work with vendors to resolve facility concerns promptly

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience working in a fast-paced office or professional work environment
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
• Ability to perform active duties including walking, standing, reaching, bending, and crouching
• Flexibility to respond to emergencies after hours and work outside designated hours as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working within the technology sector
