Responsibilities
- Deliver a professional and welcoming front-of-house experience for staff, clients, and visitors
- Support day-to-day office operations to ensure the environment remains safe, functional, and well-presented
- Coordinate meeting rooms, corporate events, catering, and AV support
- Manage workplace requests, enquiries, and service desk tasks efficiently
- Support facilities management, including maintenance coordination, contractor access, and workplace inspections
- Manage office supplies, procurement, inventory, and assist with finance administration such as purchase orders
- Support security, access control, and workplace health, safety, and compliance activities
Requirements
- Experience in a workplace, facilities, hospitality, or office coordination role
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with workplace technology and systems, including AV support
- Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
- A proactive, solutions-focused, and collaborative mindset
- A valid driving license
