Workload Automation Admin

Responsibilities

• Lead and evolve global TWS/Maestro administration operations to ensure high availability and alignment with business objectives.
• Architect and optimize job scheduling frameworks and drive system upgrades, cloud migrations, and process automation.
• Automate common operational, administration, and monitoring tasks for TWS infrastructure.
• Drive incident and problem management with a focus on root cause resolution and SLA adherence.
• Partner with engineering and business stakeholders to align scheduling strategies with organizational goals.
• Lead and mentor a team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience in TWS/Maestro administration.
• Deep expertise in TWS/HWA (versions 9.x & 10.x, DWC) administration and scheduling.
• Advanced scripting skills in PowerShell, Python, UNIX shell, or Perl.
• Experience with cloud-native scheduling and hybrid environments (AWS/Azure).
• Professional degree in IT or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven leadership experience in matrixed, multi-vendor environments.
• Ability to work in shifts and participate in incident calls for prompt resolution.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using Maestro products within cloud environments.
• Proficiency in designing dashboards and reports for application metrics.
• Experience applying patches for vulnerabilities and maintaining compliance.
