Working Student - Technical support for simulation of electronic packages in virtual development

Responsibilities

• Prepare simulation inputs including 3D-CAD, material models, and working conditions using suitable software for predefined tasks
• Perform simulations of electronic packages using IFX or other simulation software and verify the results
• Guide internal customers through the simulation process
• Manage stakeholder feedback and work on continuous improvement based on internal customer input

Requirements

• Currently studying natural science, technical engineering, or a similar field
• Practical knowledge of Python programming
• Proficiency in technical drawing
• Fluent English skills, both written and spoken
• Ability to work onsite in Munich regularly to integrate with the team
