Working Student, Talent Management

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels
• Manage interview-related communication, including confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups
• Support the planning and execution of student-focused events such as career fairs and information sessions
• Process reimbursement requests for candidates attending onsite interviews
• Support recruiting efforts for student and intern positions
• Maintain candidate and recruitment data in Workday and other HR systems
• Perform regular data quality and compliance checks and monthly data-cleanup activities
• Participate in selected people and organizational development initiatives

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field
• Strong interest in Human Resources and talent-related topics
• Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a structured manner
• Professional and confident communication skills in both English and German
• Reliable, proactive, and service-oriented mindset
• Ability to work onsite in Munich at least 3 days per week
