About the Company

VREY is building the EnergyOS for multi-family residential buildings. We combine certified metering operations with our own software to enable owners to sell self-generated solar power directly to tenants, turning regulatory requirements into profitable opportunities for the energy transition.

Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and attract high-potential candidates through various channels
• Develop creative and data-driven sourcing strategies to build a scalable talent funnel
• Build and maintain sustainable talent pools and candidate pipelines
• Ensure a professional and high-quality candidate experience across all touchpoints
• Conduct initial screenings to assess technical and cultural fit
• Partner with leadership to understand requirements and define candidate profiles
• Analyze recruiting processes to identify and resolve friction points
• Develop data-driven improvements to increase recruiting quality and speed
• Build structures for reporting, talent tracking, and recruiting operations

Requirements

• Currently studying Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, Entrepreneurship, or a related field
• Initial practical experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, active sourcing, or HR
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to make independent decisions
• Strong interest in startups, energy, or real estate
• Based in Berlin or willing to relocate
• Fluent in German (min. C2) and English
