Working Student - Talent Acquisition

Hawk is the leading provider of AI-supported anti-money laundering and fraud detection technology. Banks and payment providers globally use Hawk’s combination of traditional rules and explainable AI to improve AML compliance and fraud prevention.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and specialized networks
• Utilize Boolean search and modern sourcing techniques to map talent pools
• Orchestrate the end-to-end interview lifecycle and candidate scheduling
• Drive recruitment operational excellence by managing offer generation and administrative documentation
• Maintain and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners to manage high-volume recruitment pipelines
• Generate and analyze hiring reports for senior leadership
• Contribute to the continuous improvement and automation of hiring processes
• Act as a brand ambassador for Hawk

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a University program (Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related)
• Interest in talent sourcing, candidate outreach, and building talent pipelines
• Familiarity with Boolean search logic
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar talent databases is highly preferred
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Technical proficiency with modern ATS (Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, or Teamtailor)
• Strong analytical skills for recruitment data reporting
• Excellent communication skills in English
