Working Student Sustainability & Compliance

Responsibilities

• Support the creation and development of ESG reports in accordance with the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD)
• Calculate, document, and maintain datasets for the Sanoptis Group's carbon footprint
• Process data privacy inquiries and assist with compliance questionnaires from external stakeholders
• Provide general administrative support within the ESG and compliance departments to ensure smooth internal processes
• Prepare relevant documentation for monthly check-ins with the shareholder circle (GBL)

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Administration (BWL), Law, or a comparable field
• Very good German language skills (C1 level or higher) and proficiency in English
• A structured working style with the ability to take initiative and complete tasks independently
• Strong communication skills for interacting with both internal and external stakeholders
• A proactive mindset and a willingness to learn about complex regulatory topics
