Working Student - Supply Chain Management

Responsibilities

• Support inbound and outbound logistics including goods receipt, shipments, and dispatch preparation
• Assist in preparing and managing shipping and customs documents
• Help coordinate deliveries and work with transport service providers
• Support procurement tasks such as collecting quotes and placing orders
• Maintain and update supplier and material master data in the Odoo ERP system
• Contribute to process improvement projects in logistics and procurement
• Create reports and analyses regarding delivery times, costs, and stock levels

Requirements

• Enrolled student in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
• Good German and English skills, both written and spoken
• Independent, structured, and detail-oriented way of working
• Team-oriented mindset and strong communication skills
• Driver’s license (B)

Preferred Qualifications

• First practical experience in logistics or procurement
• Basic knowledge of ERP systems such as Odoo or SAP
