Working Student Studio Distribution

Responsibilities

• Support the film rental process and assist with quality control for cinema rentals
• Process and verify film statistics, including visitor and revenue data
• Perform plausibility checks on weekly cinema top lists to ensure data quality
• Monitor weekly cinema programs, specifically focusing on new film releases
• Coordinate and manage special cinema promotions such as pre-sales and themed event nights
• Maintain and update film release schedules for the Austria and Switzerland markets
• Assist with general administrative and organizational office tasks

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a university or college for at least one more year
• Proficiency in MS Excel and general PC applications
• Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken)
• Highly detail-oriented with a proactive working style
• Ability to quickly learn new software and handle data-driven reporting
