Working Student Strategy & Development

Responsibilities

• Support and monitor key strategic and operational projects in cross-functional settings
• Act as a sparring partner for strategic tasks initiated by the Management Board
• Conduct independent and complex analysis and research
• Communicate and negotiate with internal stakeholders

Requirements

• Currently studying Business Administration, Economics, IT, FinTech, or a similar field
• First practical experience in strategy, business development, consultancy, or a start-up environment
• Stellar analytical skills and a strong understanding of numbers
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) or Google Suite
• Structured working methods and the ability to work in a fast-moving scale-up environment
• High intrinsic motivation to drive impact within business activities
