Working Student Strategy & Development

Responsibilities

• Support and accompany central strategic and operational projects within cross-functional teams
• Act as a sparring partner for the Management Board regarding strategic questions and initiatives
• Independently conduct complex analyses and research
• Communicate and coordinate with internal stakeholders and assist in negotiations
• Work closely with various departments to ensure the successful implementation of strategic projects

Requirements

• Currently studying Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, FinTech, or a comparable field
• Initial practical experience in strategy or business development, management consulting, financial services, or a startup environment
• Strong analytical skills and a very good understanding of numbers
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic scale-up environment
• High intrinsic motivation to contribute to company success and drive change
• Fast learner with a structured and diligent way of working
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) or Google Workspace
• Very good written and spoken English skills
