Responsibilities

• Support various strategic and operational projects within the SCAYLE Payments team
• Drive direct impact by managing sub-projects and reporting results to management
• Address core business questions in a high-paced payment tech environment
• Conceptualize and implement new business models and strategic growth projects
• Assist in projects that enable organizational scaling within the ABOUT YOU group

Requirements

• Currently studying Business Administration, Economics, IT, FinTech, or a similar field
• Practical experience in strategy or business development (consultancy, financial services, or start-ups)
• Stellar analytical skills and a strong understanding of numbers
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) or Google Suite
• Very good command of written and spoken English
• Ability to work in a fast-moving, structured, and highly motivated manner
