About the Company

Buena is building the technology that real estate runs on. We're making every part of real estate – from finding and financing to buying and managing – as seamless and transparent as possible by acquiring property managers across Germany and rebuilding them as technology companies.

Responsibilities

• Outbound Cold Calling: Spend 80–90% of your time making calls to owners and decision-makers of property management companies across Germany.
• List Building: Research, enrich, and structure data on companies, decision-makers, and contact details to maintain target lists.
• Campaign Execution: Run structured outbound campaigns using phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Lead Identification: Identify decision-makers and initiate conversations that lead to M&A deals.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled as a student in a German university or available for a full-time internship of at least 3 months
• Native German speaker
• Comfortable spending most of the day on the phone
• Structured and detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently
• High tech affinity with CRMs and data handling tools
• Based in Berlin and able to work from the Prenzlauer Berg office
• Experience in outbound sales, recruiting, or similar phone-based roles is a strong plus
