Working Student - Sales Area

Responsibilities

• Process offers, customer orders, and supplier orders using SAP
• Check daily order confirmations and communicate delivery times to customers
• Provide customer support via email and telephone
• Report errors within the order processing flow
• Support sales and technical colleagues with administrative tasks
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sales figures, profits, and company strategy

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree currently in progress
• English language proficiency at a B2 level
• Proactive attitude and strong problem-solving abilities
• SAP experience is considered an advantage
