About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact by warmly welcoming customers to the boutique
- Communicate with and assist customers during waiting periods to ensure a premium experience
- Manage boutique traffic and appointment scheduling via digital applications
- Handle digital customer data capture and registration
- Provide administrative and operational support to the sales staff
Requirements
- High level of communication skills with an understanding of luxury customer expectations
- Strong service orientation and a proactive, independent way of working
- High digital affinity and proficiency with standard mobile and desktop applications
- Fluent proficiency in both German and English
- Availability to work primarily on weekends
- Positive, open personality and a loyal team player mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, tourism, e-commerce, gastronomy, or call center environments
- A passion for luxury brands and the ability to act as an enthusiastic brand ambassador
