Working Student - Real Estate Software & Data Integration

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and migrate property data from legacy spreadsheets into the new software system
• Use software tools to digitally structure the portfolio, linking buildings, units, and leases
• Configure system workflows, dashboards, and reporting tools
• Track down missing property details and standardize naming conventions
• Create dashboards and present regular updates to leadership
• Test software features and create "how-to" guides for the team

Requirements

• Currently studying or recently graduated in PropTech, Information Systems, Data Science, Real Estate Management, or Business Administration
• High proficiency in Excel and database management
• Strong attention to detail and system-oriented thinking
• Ability to learn new software platforms quickly
• Proactive problem-solving and communication skills
• Mandatory English proficiency; German is a plus
