Working Student – Protoshop & Liquid Handling Development

Responsibilities

• Support 3D printing activities in the protoshop, including file preparation, basic operation, and simple maintenance.
• Assist with milling tasks such as part preparation, simple machining steps, cleaning, and setup.
• Perform basic qualification and validation tasks for pipette development, including test execution and measurements.
• Document test results and maintain orderly records.
• Follow all safety, quality, and cleanliness guidelines within the workshop and lab environment.

Requirements

• Enrolled student in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
• Basic hands-on skills in a workshop or prototyping environment (e.g., 3D printing, machining).
• Strong interest in product development, prototyping, and qualification/validation work.
• A careful, reliable, and structured way of working.
• Ability to work independently under guidance and effectively as part of a team.
