Working Student Product Operations

Responsibilities

• Support the rollout of Product Operations initiatives including planning, idea intake, and governance
• Translate working sessions and Miro boards into presentations, documentation, and templates
• Create and maintain structured documentation using tools like Confluence
• Turn processes into step-by-step guidance
• Maintain consistency and accessibility of content
• Create presentations explaining Product Operations topics
• Support the coordination of initiatives and meetings
• Take ownership of smaller operational tasks

Requirements

• Currently enrolled student in business, communication, media, or economics
• Strong written and visual communication skills
• Structured and detail-oriented approach
• Proficiency with PowerPoint and documentation tools
• Proactive and reliable work ethic
• Interest in internal communications, digital products, and technology
