Avelios is on a mission to unlock clinical data to power seamless healthcare operations for better patient care. We have built a modular software platform that digitizes and optimizes workflows in hospitals using cutting-edge technology.

Responsibilities

• Join a cross-functional team of engineers, medical experts, and designers to develop software
• Collaborate with the medical team to understand user needs and iterate on prototypes
• Assist in managing the product backlog and translating requirements into user stories
• Support engineers in day-to-day development and facilitate agile ceremonies like sprint planning
• Support the team in navigating regulatory and certification requirements
• Work on detail-oriented tasks such as specifications and compliance checks

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in business, technology, health sciences, or a related field
• Experience with agile methodologies and tools or a strong willingness to learn
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Genuine interest in digital health solutions
• Proactive mindset and reliable working style
• Fluency in German and English
