Working Student Procurement Strategy

Responsibilities

• Act as a central hub for CAPEX requests, overseeing the meeting landscape and driving projects from initial request to final approval
• Collaborate with CAPEX managers, strategic buyers, and engineering to ensure accurate and timely completion of standardized templates
• Support the streamlining of internal procurement processes and the design of efficient CAPEX governance
• Prepare and present CAPEX requests in decision-making forums to secure necessary funding
• Proactively follow up on open actions and communicate budget adjustments or rejections to project leads

Requirements

• Enrolled full-time student in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Google Workspace, particularly Sheets and Presentations
• High data affinity with an interest in developing structured databases or digitalizing workflows
• Strong communication skills and the ability to act as a bridge between technical and financial teams
• Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus
• Highly structured, reliable, and process-oriented working style
