Working Student Procurement Excellence

Responsibilities

• Support the Procurement Excellence team in building new team structures and implementing new projects
• Create presentations, management documents, and handle ad-hoc management requests
• Perform general organizational, coordination, and administrative tasks, including maintaining SharePoint and intranet pages
• Contribute to procurement excellence initiatives and process optimization measures
• Prepare reports, analyses, and management updates to support progress tracking and decision-making
• Assist with communication and stakeholder management activities across various departments

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
• Knowledge of SharePoint and Power BI is highly desirable
• Strong communication and organizational skills within an international working environment
• Structured, independent, and proactive working style with high initiative
• Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken)
