Responsibilities

• Support personnel administration and document management, including creating and maintaining regular evaluations
• Maintain personnel files and support data maintenance in HR systems
• Prepare and draft employment references
• Assist in planning and coordinating annual HR processes such as bonus and salary rounds
• Participate in various HR projects including employee satisfaction and process optimization
• Collaborate closely with the People & Culture team and internal stakeholders

Requirements

• Currently studying Business Administration, Psychology, or a comparable field with a focus on HR
• Previous practical experience in HR via internships or working student roles is ideal
• Proactive, curious, and willing to learn new topics
• Fast learner with a hands-on mentality and team spirit
• Native-level German and good to very good English skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365
