About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the People & Culture team across the entire employee lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, personnel development, and offboarding
- Assist in the creation of employment contracts, references, certificates, and other personnel-related documentation
- Actively participate in various P&C projects and subject areas to gain practical insight into human resources operations
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Business Psychology, Economics, Social Sciences, or a comparable field
- At least three remaining semesters of study
- Very good command of written and spoken German
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Reliable, discreet, and proactive working style with a passion for working with people
- Initial practical experience in an HR environment is an advantage
