Working Student Outsourcing

Responsibilities

• Support compliance with regulations and internal policies regarding regulatory outsourcing and third-party risk management
• Assist internal departments throughout the third-party risk management lifecycle (onboarding, monitoring, offboarding)
• Support central monitoring and reporting of regulatory outsourcing and external service providers
• Maintain high quality in monitoring, reporting, and documentation of outsourcing activities
• Work with the Outsourcing Team to prepare risk analyses and reports for the Executive Board
• Support the implementation and development of outsourcing and third-party risk management frameworks

Requirements

• Passion for third-party processes and regulations
• Basic understanding of information security regulations and controls
• Reliable, discreet, and self-driven personality
• Ability to adapt to new and variable topics
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Fluency in English and German

Preferred Qualifications

• Studying law, business law, business administration, or a similar field
