Working Student Organizational Development

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and optimize decision-making committees and processes
• Support projects in organizational development, including structure development and corporate governance
• Prepare and assist in cross-company and cross-business unit workshops
• Support the creation of presentations for the Board and top management
• Review decision templates and maintain IT systems related to organizational development

Requirements

• Currently enrolled student (or recent bachelor graduate starting a master's) in Business Administration, Law, HR, or a similar field
• Good to excellent academic performance
• German language proficiency at C1 level
• Initial experience in project management
• Confident use of MS Office applications
