Working Student - Onboarding & Automation

Responsibilities

• Support project management during asset onboarding by coordinating timelines and managing documentation for clients, DSOs, and external providers.
• Handle regulatory and administrative onboarding processes, including prequalification for ancillary services and grid integration requirements.
• Drive automation and tool improvements by identifying manual tasks and automating them using AI agents, low-code tools, scripts, or APIs.
• Contribute to operational reporting and KPI initiatives by supporting the development of dashboards and performance trackers.

Requirements

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s (3rd semester or higher) or Master’s program (e.g., Engineering, Project Management, Information Systems, or related).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• First experience in project and/or process management.
• Fluent in English (C1+) and business proficiency in German (B2+).
• Interest in renewable energy, tech systems, and operational excellence.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with process automation, scripting (e.g., Python), or low-code/no-code tools (e.g., Make, Zapier, Notion, Airtable).
