Working Student Merchandise Management

Responsibilities

• Support the Merchandise Management team with operational tasks regarding stock replenishment and slow-moving items
• Provide data-driven recommendations on assortment potential, pricing, and promotions to Buying and Planning teams
• Improve procurement and assortment management processes to increase efficiency
• Analyze assortment performance and derive optimization measures based on buying and procurement KPIs

Requirements

• Ongoing studies in Business Administration, Economics, Fashion Merchandising, or similar
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Structured and data-driven mindset
• Solid MS Excel skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent English skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Buying, Merchandise Management, Supply Chain, or Logistics
• Experience in e-commerce or fashion environments
• Proficiency with SQL, Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau
