Working Student Master Data Management

Responsibilities

• Support the maintenance and management of finance-relevant master data within ERP systems
• Assist in checking, updating, and validating data to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Contribute to ongoing data quality measures, including duplicate checks and data cleansing
• Support KYC (Know Your Customer) checks and process documentation
• Collaborate with business and tech teams to ensure smooth data flows and resolve operational data issues
• Assist with operational tasks related to master data governance and ERP-related processes

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program (Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or similar)
• Strong interest in Master Data Management, ERP systems, finance processes, or data governance
• Structured, diligent, and detail-oriented working style
• Proficient in MS Office and comfortable working with data
• Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Initial experience with SAP, Microsoft Dynamics/Navision, or similar ERP systems
• Basic understanding of finance-related or operational data processes
• Interest in APIs, databases, or data integration topics
• Experience with data quality testing or process-oriented documentation
