Working Student - Lead Management - Digital Demand Generation & Digital Transformation

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation, operationalization, and monitoring of optimized lead management processes with a focus on Automation and AI
• Own day-to-day lead flow activities including intake, validation, enrichment, routing, and feedback mapping
• Monitor lead funnel stages, data quality, compliance requirements, and handoff performance to ensure scalability
• Maintain reports and dashboards, analyze lead quality and conversion metrics, and provide actionable insights
• Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders to translate business requirements into process enhancements

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree in AI for Business, Economics, Digital Transformation, Informatics, or a related field
• Basic understanding of lead management processes (lifecycle management, scoring, and routing)
• Proficiency in Python and Microsoft Office applications
• Familiarity with Digital Marketing and Data Analytics tools such as Eloqua, Confluence, or Tableau
• Excellent written and spoken English skills
• Analytical, data-driven, and structured approach to problem-solving
