About the role

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the end-to-end operational project timeline for webinars, from kickoff through post-event completion
  • Manage speaker and stakeholder communication, including scheduling planning meetings and rehearsal sessions
  • Serve as the primary logistics contact, aligning Campaign Managers, Customer Marketing, and other stakeholders
  • Organize technical rehearsals and ensure speakers are prepared for live events
  • Support live webinar execution and resolve operational or technical issues as they arise
  • Coordinate post-webinar follow-up activities with internal teams
  • Maintain the webinar asset library, including presentations, speaker biographies, and promotional materials

Requirements

  • Current enrollment in a degree program in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Event Management, or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
  • Clear communication skills and confidence coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
  • A structured, solution-oriented approach to day-to-day work
  • Interest in B2B marketing, demand generation, or event marketing

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience coordinating events, webinars, or marketing campaigns
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as monday.com, Asana, Jira, or Confluence
  • Experience with webinar platforms such as ON24, GoTo Webinar, or Microsoft Teams
  • Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation platforms like HubSpot
